Returns & Exchanges

At Trina Turk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
